How it works

Three steps, and then we’re just… there.

Getting started shouldn’t feel like a project. It’s a visit, a couple of weeks of quiet setup, and then a phone number that’s always yours.

  1. We come and look

    We visit your office, listen to what slows you down, and look at what you actually have. No sales deck. You get a short written summary of what we found and what we’d fix first.

  2. We set the baseline

    Every computer gets the monitoring agent and security protection, updates get a schedule, backups get tested, and MFA gets turned on properly. Most of this happens in the first two weeks, mostly after hours.

  3. We keep it running

    From then on we watch, patch, and answer the phone. You get a monthly note in plain English about what we did and what we saw. When something breaks, you call one number and it’s ours.
